PURAVIDA is read “Pura Vida.” It is a Spanish phrase meaning “pure life” — an everyday greeting in Costa Rica that carries the feeling of enjoying life and being grateful for it.
For us, enjoying life does not mean choosing the easy path. Taking on something new, getting through difficulty with people beside you, widening what you are capable of — those things make life interesting too.
What is difficult alone becomes possible together. That is the kind of company we are building: one where employees, clients, and partners are not separated by their roles, but working toward the same future.

Security ServicesIn preparation
We are preparing to launch a security business centered on traffic control and guidance. We have not yet obtained certification under the Japanese Security Services Act, and are not currently accepting security work. Our aim is a company where security officers can work with confidence, earn qualifications, and build a long career.

Recruitment & HR Support
From clarifying who you actually need, to job postings, application flow, candidate response, and retention after joining. We focus on construction, security and logistics — industries where hiring is hardest. We also run our own media for the field, Genba Saiyo Lab.
- REACH
Sales & Marketing Support
Good products and services do not sell themselves if no one knows about them. We work through sales activity, printed materials, websites and social media to get what you offer in front of the people who need it.
- IMPROVE
Web & AI Solutions
AI and digital tools are not only for people who are already comfortable with technology. We start from the daily work that takes too long — reports, paperwork, repeated explanations — and stay until the new way is actually being used.
- GROW
Training & Organization
Training on its own rarely changes anything. What changes things is having a place to try what you learned, someone who notices, and a structure that keeps it going. We help build organizations where people can use what they are capable of.

Security business — in preparation
PURAVIDA is currently preparing to launch a security business centered on traffic control and guidance. We have not yet obtained certification under the Japanese Security Services Act, and we do not accept or perform security work at this time. We will announce our progress on this site.
